Chicken Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound chicken - ground

  • 1 small onion - finely chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic - minced

  • 2-3 tablespoons vegetable/olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 4 burger breads

  • 1 cucumber - sliced 

  • 2 tomatoes - sliced

  • Mayonnaise

  • Bbq sauce

  • Lettuce leaves chopped

Prep Time : 10 mins

Cook Time : 10 mins

Serves - 4

DIRECTIONS

​

1. Mix ground chicken, garlic, eggs, 1/4th of breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Moisten hands and shape the flat burger patties with rounded edges(about two table spoons) 

​

2. Roll patties in the remain breadcrumbs to coat them .

​

3. Heat oil in a pan and place patties. Fry on each side for 5 minutes till golden brown.

​

4. Assemble burger by stacking the patty , cucumber and tomatoes slices on the bread and dressing with sauces.

​
