Crêpes

Serves - 15 crêpes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

  • 2 1/4 cups of Flour

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tbsp of oil

  • 3 tbsp of sugar

  • 2 1/2 cups of milk

  • 3 tbsp of rhum

DIRECTIONS

1. Place the flour in a bowl.

 

2. Add the eggs, sugar, oil and butter.

 

3. Whisk together all the ingredients and add progressively the milk. The batter has to be a semi-liquid.

 

4. Add the rhum

 

5. Preheat a non-stick pan and lightly oil the pan

 

6. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the hot pan and quickly swirl batter until it covers the edge of the pan. Let it cook for 1 minute. 

 

7. Flip the crepes and let it cook for 1 minute again.

 

8. Repeat until the batter is finished
