Stir Fry Noodles

INGREDIENTS

​

  • 2 packets of straight to wok noodles (250 gm each)

  • 1 medium onion - finely chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped

  • 1 medium bell pepper (red/green) - finely chopped

  • 1 chicken breast - thinly diced

  • 2 cup mixed vegetables -broccoli,beans, carrots

  • 2-3 tablespoons vegetable/olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup 

Prep Time : 10 mins

Cook Time : 20 mins

Serves - 2

DIRECTIONS

​

1. Bring water to boil in a medium sized pan, and add noodles. Cook on medium heat till tender (4-5 mins) , drain and keep aside.

​

2. Heat oil in a frying pan, and add onions and fry on high heat till translucent. Add garlic cloves and saute till golden brown.

​

3. Add seasoned chicken with salt and pepper and fry till cooked through and keep aside (3-4 minutes).

​

4. Add the vegetables in the same pan and saute for 2 minutes then keep aside.

 

5. Add the soy sauce and ketchup in the pan with half cup water and keep the flame on high heat. Once the sauce starts to thicken, add the vegetable , chicken and noodles and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper as per taste.
